Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro

Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro

Add tracking to WooCommerce orders, automate fulfillment workflows and keep customers informed with branded shipping notifications.

Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro is the fulfillment manager for WooCommerce. It gives store owners one place to add tracking numbers, move orders through their fulfillment workflow, and tell customers where their parcel is, without leaving the WordPress admin.

Tracking numbers can be added by hand, pasted in bulk, imported from a CSV file, pulled automatically over FTP or SFTP on a schedule, or pushed in from another system through the REST API. Whichever route the number arrives by, the order status updates and the customer is notified the same way.

Fulfillment

• A dedicated fulfillment dashboard listing every order still waiting to ship
• Add tracking from the order list, the order edit screen, or the dashboard itself
• Bulk paste and CSV import for stores that fulfill in batches
• Scheduled FTP and SFTP import for warehouses and 3PL partners
• Partial shipments, with a separate order status and its own customer email
• Packing lists and picking lists ready to print

Shipping carriers

• Over 1,020 carriers, each with its own tracking link format
• Add your own carrier with a custom tracking URL and logo
• Reorder the carrier list, or sort it alphabetically, to match how your store ships
• Per-country carrier filtering so staff see only what is relevant

Customer notifications

• Shipment, partial shipment and delivery emails, each with its own template
• An email customizer with live preview for the tracking widget
• Three tracking widget designs, so the email matches your brand
• Tracking details on the My Account order page and the order confirmation page

Integrations

• PayPal and Stripe tracking sync, which can reduce payment holds and disputes
• Dokan, WCFM and WC Vendors, so vendors fulfill their own orders
• ShipStation, ShipWorks, Dianxiaomi, ReadyToShip and other fulfillment services
• PDF invoice plugins, AutomateWoo, ShopMagic and the WooCommerce order notes API

Faq

Does this replace my existing shipping plugin?

No. It works alongside whatever you use to buy labels or calculate rates. This plugin owns the step after the label exists: recording the tracking number, moving the order forward, and telling the customer.

Can I import tracking numbers from my warehouse?

Yes. Upload a CSV by hand, or point the scheduled FTP or SFTP import at the folder your warehouse writes to and it will be collected automatically. The REST API is available for systems that prefer to push.

What happens to my data if I deactivate the plugin?

Nothing is removed on deactivation. Tracking data is deleted only if you ask for it explicitly during uninstall.

Will my existing tracking numbers be kept if I upgrade from the free plugin?

Yes. The Pro version reads the same tracking data, so everything already recorded stays in place.
