Your own profile picture, a table of contents that follows you, clearer buttons

Settings → Profile → Picture uploads a picture of your own. Without one, the site shows the picture of the GitHub or Google account you signed in with, then the Gravatar of your e-mail address (you can switch that off there), and otherwise your initials. Help articles, legal documents and guides now have a table of contents that stays in view as you scroll and marks the section you are reading. Pressed and selected buttons stand out in both colour modes, a package's version list switches between Detailed and Basic with one control, and menus in the header no longer slip under the page.
